5 REASONS WHY
GOD USES PROBLEMS
The problems we face will either defeat or develop us, depending on how we
respond to them. When things go wrong, we immediately react with anger &
frustration as to why bad things only happen to us and no one else!!
Unfortunately, most of us fail to see how God wants to use problems for
good in our lives.
Here are 5 ways God wants to use the problems in our lives:
1. God uses Problems to INSPECT us
We are like tea bags... to know what is inside us, just drop us into hot
water! When Baba tests our faith with a problem, what does He see? Do we
react or respond? With fear. or trust? With anger.....or patience?
2. God Uses Problems to DIRECT us
Sometimes, God lights a fire under us to get us moving. Is God trying to
get our attention? Sometimes it takes a painful situation to make us
change our ways.
3. God uses problems to CORRECT us
Some lessons we learn only through pain and failure. It is likely that as
a child your parents told you not to touch a hot stove. But you probably
learned that only after being burned. Similarly, we only learn the value
of something... health, money or a relationship, by losing it.
4. God Uses Problems to PROTECT us
A problem can be a blessing in disguise if it prevents us from being
harmed by something more serious. Last year a friend was fired for
refusing to do something unethical that his boss had asked him to do. His
subsequent unemployment caused hardship but it saved him from being
convicted and sent to prison a year later when the managers illegal
actions were eventually discovered.
5.God Uses Problems to PERFECT us
Problems, when responded to correctly, are character builders. God is far
more interested in our character than our comfort. Our relationship to God
and our character are the only two things we will take with us when we
leave this world.
Baba is ALWAYS at work in our lives.even when we think He has forgotten
us! Everything that happens to us is for our own good and part of the
Divine plan, which is nothing more than the expression of HIS will, HIS
love!
Remain Blessed!
