This morning, Swami came at 8.30 and took a full darshan round in His car
before alighting at the Mandir portico. In the evening, after coming to the
Mandir at ten minutes to four, Bhagawan went into the interview room. A few
minutes later, He came into the Bhajan Hall and sat on His throne. With a
smile, He asked for the Bhajans to commence immediately. So Bhajans were from
4.10 to 5 pm today. After Arati, Swami called the Vice-Chancellor and other
functionaries of the Institute inside the interview room, talked to them for a
few minutes, and then returned to His residence.
For most sessions, Bhagawan has been coming straight from His residence to the
Mandir portico without taking a full darshan round. Using either the Porte or
the Prius, Bhagawan alights near the interview room and walks inside. A few
minutes before bhajans, He walks to the Bhajan Hall and sits on the throne
there. Then He contines the Bhajan for around 45 minutes before taking Arati
and leaving for His residence. Morning darshans have not had a fixed pattern:
on Saturday Swami came at 8.45, on Sunday at 6.55 and did not come at all on
Monday.
On the evening of the 13th, Tuesday, arriving at the Mandir at ten minutes to
four, Swami chose to walk outside and sit onstage listening to the Vedam. He
sat there for nearly 20 minutes, picking up letters from some of the students
by calling them up. Then He returned to the interview room. At 4.30, Bhagawan
came into the Bhajan Hall and once again interacted with quite a few of the
students and teachers there. Swami would notice someone and start talking to
him from the chair. The lucky student would then get up and go next to Swami
and continue the interaction for a minute or two, till Swami asks him to go
back. This went on for another twenty minutes before Bhagawan indicated for
Bhajans to commence. Once again, it was a long Bhajan session, continuing till
Arati at 5.45 pm.

Swami left from Brindavan at 10.10 this morning and arrived at Prasanthi
Nilayam by car at 1.50 pm. The road leading upto the Mandir right from
Vidyagiri gate was strewn with flowers: banners and festoons welcomed
the Lord back home. On arriving at the Mandir, Bhagawan got down from
the car and sat onstage for five minutes listening to the welcome song
being sung by the students before taking Arati and walking to the
interview room. After spending a few minutes there, Swami left for His
residence in the car. At 4.40 pm, Bhagawan came to the Mandir again in
the same Mercedes car with the Vedam chanting in the background. After
getting down in front of the interview room, He entered the bhajan hall
and sat on the throne there. Bhajans started at 4.50 and went on for an
hour, following which Bhagawan accepted Arati and retired for the day.

stay at Brindavan thereafter.

Bhagawan's stay at Brindavan
April 17, 2006
After the festivities on the 14th, Bhagawan did not give darshan on the
morning of the 15th. On the 16th, He made the students sing songs again
in the evening, concluding the bhajan session. On the 17th, during the
evening bhajan session, Bhagawan indicated that He was going to speak,
and the Discourse table and mic were hastily brought up.
Swami started His Discourse with verses about Abhimanyu, the martyred
son of the Pandavas, going to war against the mighty warriors arrayed
against him in the Mahabharatha war. Dharmaja attempts to stop Abhimanyu
from going to battle, but Abhimanyu goes ahead boldly, with the
blessings of his mother. Whose mistake was the defeat of Abhimanyu? ....

After Bhagawan's Discourse, the students sang a Telugu song "Repalle
Baalunivale...." and then the session concluded with Arati.
