Om
sairam to dearest Sai Family,
Swami out of His immense mercy, surprised the lucky devotees of Parthi,
the Highest abode of peace by preponing His Summer abodes and flying
directly from Kodai via Coimbatore..
I don't remember Swami coming back to Parthi in the mid of May and its a
BIG surprise for all the Puttaparthians and we still can't believe that He
is here...
This year Swami had entirely different plans for this summer. He left
Parthi late and came back in no time...
Puttaparth is back in action and smiles all over as the Lord of this holy
land has come back again to fill our hearts with joy...
As soon as we got the news of Swami's arrival, in no time, Puttaparthi was
cleaned and looked like a mirror within few hours..
there was a big DRUM orchestra sponsored by the Viswa Hindu Parishad, to
welcome Swami.. Even though Swami doesnt like pomp and show and always
prefers to be
normal, the devotees enthusiasm is understandable...
As hundreds were waiting by the roads, near Sai Geetha's house, and few
more at the airport... the government owned, INDIAN airlines flight,
carrying the UNIVERSAL Lord, landed in Puttaparthi Airport at 3:30 pm
Sai Geetha Swami's pet was eagerly waiting for Swami and the bondage
between her and Swami was enough for her to know that Her Lord iscoming
today... One hour before arrival it was eagerly waiting for Swami with her
trunk on the wall facing the road..
Exactly at 4pm Swami's convoy entered the premises of Puttaparthi as Sai
Geetha raised her trunk in happiness and as all the devotees eagerly
waited with joint hands, Swami's Hundai car came closer to Sai Geetha.. As
usual She was uncontrollable and our Swami who looked more FRESH and
CHARMING.. gave the world's most beautiful smile and the car haulted for a
minute or so as we all enjoyed the divine darshan and the divine
romance...
Swami then left for the ashram and no words could fit to convey the
happiness of we devotees in Puttaparthi....
18th May 2007: Prasanthi wore a big smile on her face and the lives around
turned sanguine adorning exuberant charm…the News was all about the Return
of the Lord…Bhagawan’s return to Prasanthi Nilayam after His Kodai
Sojourn, Summer 2007.
Joy of expectation…expecting nothing less, but the Lord in physical, this
spiritual town was bustling with bubbling enthusiasm ever since the news
of His Return broke couple of days ago and finally got a seal of
confirmation. Overlooking simmering summer with sun god blazing down
mercilessly, the lives in Prasanthi got into action and one could see up
and erect welcome banners, colour splashed artistically down on the road
with Rangoli adorning the floors, band troupes beating the drums out in
open heralding the joy of the imminent good fortune daring the blazing
sun, and prayerful hearts waiting baited with silent devotion. The long
waiting of the devoted hearts seated in the Sai Kulwant Hall came to an
end when Bhagawan reached the hall at 16:00 hrs. IST to a ceremonial
welcome by a group of students and devotees. Bhagawan who straight away
drove into the Sai Kulwant Hall, received Mangala Arathi before returning
to Yajur Mandiram after spending around five minutes inside the interview
room.
Earlier Bhagawan left Sai Shruthi, His ashram in Kodaikanal at around 7:30
a.m. to reach Palani, the town known for the famous Subramania Temple at
around 9:30 a.m. After a half an hour halt He set off to Coimbatore to
reach at around 12:30 in the afternoon. He visited the Kalyana Mantapam in
between and the entire troupe following Bhagawan had a sumptuous lunch at
Coimbatore. The final lap of journey started at 2:35 p.m. and the Flight
with Divinity touched Prasanthi Nilayam airport at 3:20 p.m.
It was indeed a special boon for Puttaparthi this time, as the Lord most
magnanimously chose to return to this most privileged village turned
township and an exuberant Prasanthi Nilayam, she was ever ready to dare
the blazing Sun, but never wanted to miss Her Beloved Lord…and hearing her
prayers, returned the Lord.
This afternoon, Bhagawan arrived back at Prasanthi Nilayam from
Kodaikanal, flying here from Coimbatore. The plane landed at around 3.30
pm, and Swami arrived at the Sai Kulwant Hall at four o'clock to a
traditional Parthi welcome with students chanting Vedam dressed in orange
dhotis holding the Poornakumbham and colourful flags.
Just as the welcome song got underway, Arati was offered to Swami in the
car. Then Swami asked for the car to be taken to the verandah, and He got
down there, going into the Bhajan Hall after sitting outside for a minute.
In the Bhajan Hall, He asked for the students, so all of them came inside.
With a smile, Swami then withdrew, going to His residence in the Porte
car. Bhajans began at five o'clock as usual, and halfway through the
Bhajans, Bhagawan arrived, coming from Yajur Mandir in the chair. Arati
was offered at 5.30 pm and Bhagawan returned to His residence.
