This conference will bring together academic, corporate, and government officials from India and abroad to grapple with and explore innovative ways to address how IT can help with societal advancement and integration and address issues related to: IT in Education, Health, Water Management, Disaster Mitigation and Management, and Rural Development.

The Conference will also offer opportunities for a limited number of poster presentations, which focus on the theme of "impact of IT on society" with reference to the topics listed above
